I'm disappointed tbh, the graphics look the same as The Sims 2, and the gameply doesn't look changed.

I'm not getting it. I mean why buy a new version of the game when it doesn't even have all the content developed for the previous version and all its expansions.

Anyways, there's too much nickle and diming going on in that series.

but but, aren't you interested to see how the game will be like now that you can walk everywhere i mean from what they advertise, your sims can actually go jogging across the park and not just disappear out of the lot type of jogging but actually go jogging, jogging?

Another sims expansion...
Yes expansion, all sims are just update from the orginal. The first sims was cool, the first expansion was cool, but then they just started to milk all the fun out of it. EA games is gunna completely suck it dry like what happend to pokemon, make so many games people start to hate it.

I am.

Sims 2 are so much fun ^^. The downside is that when the Sims 3 will come out it will just be...the Sims 3...no pets, no business, no seasons, no university.

I used to like those games when I got to test them before EA relased them. However after I realised all I was doing was wasting my life living someone else's life I lost intrest. I know a few people who will be excited about it.

That's not worth 50 bucks plus another 25-30 for expansion to me.

Not touched sims since the original and never had an expansion, might get it. Will depend on if there is acctually any content in it or just a lauch pad for mass expansions...

Which it will be of course.

I'll wait until the Sims 3 comes out and gets reviewed before I think about purchasing it.

Then again it is coming out in 2009 the same year as GW2 supposedly. Not to mention I said I will probably not be playing PC games a year from now.

So....probably not?

Watering tobacco plants IRL > sims 1+2+3 altogether.

RL > sims 1+2+3+second life altogether. Because watering < other stuff.

I mean, you will pay more than $10 for something you can do IRL? Lol yeah. Cool.
Guess I'll borrow it from my younger cousin (she's asking me all the time to dl expansion nr. 51829521 for her) and see if I can force sims to jump into a fire or off a tall building. Or maybe there will be vehicles? Man, that'd be cool to drive into a building!!
...But probably sims 3 = sims 1 stuff + sims 2 graphics and some stuff + 5 new items. Why put everything you can into a game, if you can just release 5819252109 expansions to it?
